Genuine Cummins 4BT HE221W Exhaust Manifold – Centre Mount

Not a cheap knock off like so many are selling.

Look at the runner openings & casting on the cheap knock offs, different sizes, poor machining & poor coarse castings

Does not come with bolts or studs or gaskets. Just the manifold.

Round port can easily be modified to a square port with die grinder. Sq gasket in pic for reference only.

One of the casting excessory mounts will need to be cut down approx 1″ with cut off wheel. Circled “red” in pic.

Turbo can also be mounted backwards for those with abnormal situations.
