Refund & Returns Policy

As per the terms & conditions you agreed to when purchasing….all returns, including core(s) or cancellations are at DieselTuff’s or shipping vendors discretion and must be unused and in the original unopened or sealed packaging. Any seal(s) are broken or tampered with, no refund(s) will be given. No exceptions. No returns on any electrical product(s), period. Returns must have a RGA# & will be inspected upon arrival and credit consideration will be at DieselTuff’s and or the original vendors discretion. All returns are subject to a min 20% restocking fee if in perfect condition & possibly higher if any damage or missing parts. DieselTuff and or any of our venders, will not pay for any return shipping cost(s)/handling fee(s) and/or brokerage fee’s or taxes incurred on any return. This is your responsibility. If we (Mark Wilson/DieselTuff) incur any of the above cost(s), those costs will be deducted from any possible refund to you, the purchaser.

Any return(s) being sent across the CDN/USA border, we suggest no more than $10.00 declared value and reason for return, “declared as a return of merchandise”, when sending back to DieselTuff or suppling vendor. We suggest this to help save you money, as any return costs, such as brokerage, border duties and taxes and return shipping costs, incurred by DieselTuff will be subtracted from your possible return.

Ship only by USPS/Canada Post with signature required and insurance paid for any product(s) or core(s) returns as the border and/or shipping companies may charge duties, brokerage, taxes and/or other fee’s on your return package, plus couriers do not deliver to DieselTuff”s location no matter what they will tell you, due to our rural location. Plus courier companies, specially UPS and FedEx tend to charge unreasonable brokerage fee(s), which DieselTuff or any of our vendors, will not be responsible for any of these added return cost(s). If DieselTuff or anyone of the vendors incurs any of these above costs, the cost(s) will be deducted from your refund and/or core return. No exceptions. Special ordered in product or non stocking parts brought in specially for an order, are non-refundable. We do not except any other couriers other than USPS/Canada Post. No exceptions.

Please don’t buy any product(s) from DieselTuff/Mark Wilson, unless you know what your purchasing and have researched/verified that you want it. All granted returns, including core returns, must have an RGA # (returned goods authorization number) issued by DieselTuff and the RGA number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping label, (not on the product or product packaging itself) and returned to the original vender(s) address that it was originally shipped from. If you don’t have a RGA#, it is your responsibility to ask for one. Failure to obtain an RGA number prior to returning any goods, may result in no credit being given. Sorry, DieselTuff will not be responsible for returns.

All returns including cores, are the responsibility of the customer and must have the shipping prepaid by “you” the purchaser, as well as signature and insurance added. DieselTuff will not be responsible for any duties, brokerage, taxes and/or any other fee(s) associated with any shipping.

DieselTuff does not refund any original shipping costs for any reason, period. DieselTuff will deduct any & all original shipping costs incurred by DieselTuff from any refund.

All returns, including core returns must also be received back to the original vender within 30 days from date of purchase for credit consideration. No exceptions. This means after 30 days your return is not received and signed for = no refund. No exceptions.
DieselTuff is not responsible for core approval on products that we do not manufacture.
DieselTuff or vender(s) will inspect the core(s) and process in a timely manner for return consideration but DieselTuff can not be responsible for delays due to statutory holidays, shipping or processing.

If and when the manufacturer credits DieselTuff, the credit will then be passed to the customer asap. Please do not e-mail for return status until 10 working days has gone by from shipment received, signed for by the shipping vendor. This can be verified by your tracking #. This allows the appropriate time for paper work & credit to be processed. Don’t worry, you won’t be forgotten.

Again, all customers returning any product and/or core(s) across any border, must use USPS/Canada Post mail system only.
