1996-03 VW TDI Performance DSLA150P520’s nozzle set of four (4).

These are very similar in performance to the Bosio PowerPlus 520’s and are a significant upgrade over the stock nozzles.

Compatible with the following engines. These nozzles work great for a nice performance boost in the North American 1.9L TDI engines.

BSD (Best Source Diesel) injector nozzles for the VW TDi to replace the standard injector tips for vastly improved power and torque from the 1.9L turbo diesel engine. The new nozzle gives significant improvements across the complete rev range. The increased torque from low engine speeds improves driveability, reducing the need for gear changes.

We sell 2 different size nozzles in stock for the 96-03 TDI cars. The 205’s ( DSLA520’s ) are good for approx 20hp and 40ftlbs of torque.

The 216’s ( DSLA502’s ) are approx 30hp & 60ftlbs of torque. The automatic transmission cars have a larger injection pump and will make approx 10hp more power than the std tranny cars with a nozzle change. Customers should note the 216’s can be a little smokey depending on setup. Most customers (specially the auto cars ) will be happy with the 205’s.
