Genuine Cummins 4BT ISB HE221W Exhaust Manifold – End Mount

Not a cheap knock off like so many are selling.

Look at the runner openings & casting on the cheap knock offs, different sizes, poor machining & poor coarse castings

T25 turbo flange for HE221W turbo. Will not fit a H1C or HX series turbo without some kin of adapter.

Does not come with gaskets or bolts or studs.
