Pacbrake C11342  4″ Exhaust Adapter

4″ exhaust adapter required if the truck has been upfitted with an aftermarket 4″ exhaust system in order to install PRXB exhaust brake.

Dodge Trucks with 4″ aftermarket exhaust system, will require (1) adapter # C11342 and Fords Trucks will require (2) of them.
