Cummins 3957912 Valve stem Seal – Top Hat Style for 1989-98 

Updated Top Hat Style Valve Seal to handle high boost, as the valve spring holds the seal in place and will not push up with boost.

If your cylinder head still has the old style seals, machining will be required to make these work. Any machine shop can do this easily.

If you already have this style seal, these are a direct replacement.
