What personal data we collect and why we collect it.

Merchant Service

DieselTuff uses PayPal for your checkout on our site. You will be directed to PayPal’s site & PayPal themselves are the only one that can see your payment info. DieselTuff does not have access to this info as it is encrypted by PayPal & stored by them only. They process your payment & redirect you back to our store to continue your checkout with DieselTuff. If your payment is successful, PayPal contacts DieselTuff & confirms it is now safe to fulfill your order. If you have a problem during your payment process, please contact PayPal themselves, as DieselTuff has no control over your payment process.

Contact forms

We only use your email to respond to your question(s) if you contact us. If for some reason we can not accurately answer your question, we may forward your email, name & question to the vendor associated with your question.

Who we share your data with

We only share your name, billing address & phone # for shipping purposes with the shipping company & if your part(s) purchase is being drop shipped, with the vendor that will be shipping your order or a portion of your order.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
