Price is for rebuild labour & calibration on pump stand only, building your pump.

Parts needed for rebuild plus shipping are extra

and will need to be paid before pump is returned to customer.

Stock rebuild will be rebuilt to Robert Bosch Spec’s with latest and greatest Bosch Parts and fuel set to stock level.

Performance rebuilds are extra. Please email for options.

Rebuild parts price will be determined once your pump is torn down and evaluated.

Extra cost will be for gaskets and sealing parts and whether or not your plungers & barrels are worn out, along with pump camshaft, rollers etc  and/or (any broken or modified parts needing replacing).

DieselTuff will email customer with your options, once customers pump is torn down and inspected and shipping is determined. 

Customer will have to e-mail DieselTuff to abtain an RGA # before shipping their pump. All parts & return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer and must be paid for in full before customers pump will be returned.

Once we receive your injection pump, on average we will rebuild it & have it ready to ship back within 2 weeks. 1st come, 1st served.
